Sleek and compact, the 600 Series
Folder/Inserters are ideal for the office environment. A modular design with one
to four feeders gives the 6200 Series the flexibility to process virtually any
office mailing. A centrally located control panel and easy to follow step by
step instructions gives the 600 Series the ease of operation you expect and need
for the office environment. Up to 20 jobs can be pre-programmed and named
allowing for one touch set-up for reoccurring or frequent mailings. With the 600
Series the tedious task of folding and inserting is made easy, making more time
for other valuable tasks.

Flexible:
The 6200 Series is available in
Six models that can be tailored for virtually any office mailing. A variety of
documents up to 14", including checks, invoices, newsletters and business reply
envelopes can be inserted in one pass.
The daily mail feature allows for
various mailing to be processed in stapled and non- stapled sets.
Powerful:
The 6200 Series processes at a
rate of up to 2,200 pieces per hour and can handle up to 250 sheets in each
feeder. Feeders can be refilled on the fly allowing for continuous operation.
The cascade mode maximizes
production by filling multiple feeders with the same documents. Link two sheet
feeders or two insert feeders when one feeder empties the other one
automatically starts feeding, this allows for a total stacking capacity of 500
sheets or insert (350 when using BRE's).
Ease of Operation:
A centrally located control panel
with step by step instructions and pictographs enables operators to easily
navigate their way through set -up and operation. Up to twenty pre - set
jobs can be programmed and named for reoccurring or frequently processed
applications. A drop -in feed system and easy - access paper path increases
efficiency and maximizes output.
The quick start feature allows
operators to begin using their main job with the push of a button.
Security:
The 6200 Series has double
document detection located at each feed station to insure document integrity.
Optional OMR capability allows for the insertion of multiple page
documents automatically. OMR determines which documents go together
into each envelope, eliminating the tedious task of manually collating and
inserting (Available Soon).
