Cassida 5700 UV MG Money Counters, Currency Counters

In stock

The Cassida 5700UM with UV and MG counterfeit Detection professional Bill Counter incorporates the industry’s first bill flipper design, combining the ergonomics of a top loading bill counter with the economical design of a back loader. With its wide range of features, the 5700 is a great all-around bill counter for organizations that process large amounts of currency. Ultraviolet (UV and UV/MG models), and magnetic sensors (UV/MG model) are able to detect a wide range of counterfeit bills. Once a counterfeit is detected, the 5700 stops the count and dispenses the suspect bill into its stacker for removal.

Good quality counter. Very accurate except for the occasional odd bill that would throw other cheap counters. Has successfully caught a counterfeit. Negative would be is the hopper doesn't hold a larger number of circulated bills...maybe 150 at most while holding my hand behind the counter to make sure they don't fall behind when the arms lift the bills. Counts fresh bills accurately as well. Some trouble with extremely worn bills.
Does not recognize different bills. In the description I was led to believe it can sense when a bill is out of place in a stack. That is incorrect. It is, however, accurate in counts and can detect counterfeit. It does detect old bills as counterfeit as well though which is annoying because you have to hold it up to the light and use your own discretion in that case. Very overpriced when other machines can do this just as accurately for half the price. Would never buy again and would never recommend.
Performs well. Bought 3 for 3 locations. The girls love them... only complaint.. will not calculate $2 bills.
Decent counter, and this is totally my fault for not reading carefully, but "ValuCount" does NOT mean that this counter can detect the denomination of the currency. I give this 3 stars because of how misleading that is. What Valuecount means is that you manually select the bill denomination, and it multiplies for you. Otherwise, it seems ok.
