I shopped around for weeks for a replacement counter, I have quite a bit of experience using bill counters so I wanted to get a good reliable counter that would last for years. I was not sure if I made the right decision because this was cheaper than others in the same class. It is by far the best counter I have ever used. I count money every day, a lot of the money comes out of the tip boxes all wrinkled. I can't believe how well this machine works with wrinkled wet bills, very rarely does it ever not count these bills smoothly without any issues. The different functions this counter has are very helpful and work flawlessly. I also purchased the Royal Sovereign Printer to use with this counter and it makes my deposits error free. Highly Recommend this counter.

This bill counter is relatively consistent and accurate. It does make some errors when bills are not smoothed and anti-dog-eared before putting the bills through the machine. The batching feature is nice.

It won't recognize the bill denomination but counts them good .

We bought this for our church donation basket counting process. We were a little confused by the "value counting" method described, but now understand it to mean that you can manually put in the currency value you are counting (such as $5.00 bills) and it will batch total them for you to $500. That's not what we understood, we thought it would recognize the currency VALUE on the bill printed. Overall, a good, reliable money counter.

This item was purchase prior to a big even where it was supposed to perform and count in excess of 50k$. during the trial runs with just several thousands it had no issues and was very promising. On the day of the event after only about two hours and several thousands ran thru it, it started acting up and ended up being unusable. I really want to rate it lower but I think someone might have dropped it and has not admitted fault yet. during the trial runs it was working great.
