Royal RBC-EG100 – Professional Value Counter with Triple Detection

The Royal RBC-EG100 is a high-performance currency counting machine engineered for businesses, banks, and retail operations that require rapid, secure, and accurate value counting. By combining a blazing-fast counting speed with intelligent Value Detection and robust UV, MG, and IR counterfeit identification, the RBC-EG100 ensures the highest levels of efficiency and protection for your cash flow. It is the ultimate tool for operations that need to turn a mixed stack of cash into a verified deposit in seconds.

Intelligent Value Counting & Triple-Layer Security

The RBC-EG100 is designed to eliminate manual math and speed up your reconciliation process using advanced sensor technology:

  • Automatic Value Detection: Stop wasting time presorting your cash. Place a stack of mixed $1s, $5s, $10s, and $20s into the hopper, and the RBC-EG100 recognizes each denomination to provide an instant, verified monetary total.
  • Blazing 1,500 BPM Throughput: Process up to 1,500 bills per minute, making it one of the fastest commercial units in its class. This high speed ensures that even the largest deposits are counted accurately and quickly.
  • Triple-Phase Fraud Protection: Protect your business from fraudulent loss with a simultaneous three-way security check:
    • UV (Ultraviolet): Verifies the authentic glow of currency paper.
    • MG (Magnetic): Scans for specialized magnetic ink content.
    • IR (Infrared): Analyzes paper thickness and print quality for advanced counterfeit detection.
  • Front-Loading Efficiency: The professional front-loading hopper supports a smoother bill flow, reducing jams and allowing for continuous feeding during high-volume counting sessions.

Versatile Features for High-Volume Environments

The RBC-EG100 is a durable "all-in-one" solution built to withstand the rigors of daily commercial use:

  • High-Capacity 500-Bill Hopper: Minimize interruptions and reloads with a large-capacity hopper, perfect for processing large daily receipts or preparing armored car pickups.
  • Flexible Batching & Accumulation: Use the Batch function to create specific monetary bundles or note counts for register floats. The ADD mode keeps a running cumulative total across multiple stacks.
  • Industrial Build Quality: Weighing in at 12 lbs, this compact but robust machine is engineered for stability during high-speed operation and long-term reliability in busy back-offices.
  • Advanced Error Sensing: Built-in sensors instantly flag double, half, or chained notes, ensuring that your final tally is 100% accurate every time.

1. Does a regular bill counter tell me the total dollar value?

No. A standard bill counter counts the number of pieces (quantity), not the denomination. For example, if you put in ten $5 bills and ten $20 bills, the machine will tell you there are "20 bills." You must pre-sort your money by denomination to calculate the total value. (If you need the machine to automatically calculate value for mixed stacks, check out our Currency Discriminators.)

2. How does the machine detect fake money?
Standard counters use two primary methods:

UV (Ultraviolet): It checks the paper’s reaction to UV light. Real US currency paper does not glow, but many counterfeit papers do.
MG (Magnetic): It scans for the magnetic ink used in the printing of authentic currency.

3. Can I count items other than currency?s.

Many of our regular bill counters can count other paper items of similar size, such as vouchers, tickets, or coupons, provided they fall within the machine's thickness and size specification

4. What is the "Batch" function used for?

The Batch function is a favorite for retail managers. It allows you to preset a number (like 25, 50, or 100). The machine will count exactly that many bills and then pause, allowing you to remove the stack and put a rubber band or paper strap around it for a bank deposit.

5. Why is my counter "double-feeding" or "jamming"?

This usually happens for one of three reasons:

Thickness Adjustment: There is a small tension screw on the back. If your bills are very new (thin) or very old (thick), you may need to adjust it slightly.
Dirty Sensors: Dust from paper currency can coat the sensors. A quick blast of compressed air usually fixes this.
Poor Loading: Ensure the bills are squared up and placed flat into the hopper for the smoothest feed.
