Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. You're welcome to open the box and test the item to make sure it's right for you.

• Return window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and shipped back within 7 days of approval.
• Testing is fine: Opening the box and trying the item out is completely normal — that won't affect your return.
• Excessive use: A restocking fee (10–20%) and cleaning fee ($25.00) may apply if the item is used beyond initial setup or testing, is missing original packaging, or shows wear not attributable to normal handling.
• Return shipping: If your order originally shipped free, your return shipping is free too. Otherwise, standard return shipping fees apply. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
