Royal RBC-ES200 – Professional High-Speed Counter with Triple Detection
Royal RBC-ES200 is a high-speed, reliable solution designed for businesses, banks, and retail stores that demand efficient and secure currency counting. Built to streamline cash handling, the RBC-ES200 combines rapid processing with advanced UV, MG, and IR counterfeit detection. It provides a robust layer of security and industrial-grade accuracy for all your daily currency management needs, ensuring every count is fast and flawless.
High-Velocity Performance & 3-Point Security
- Exceptional 1,400 BPM Speed: Process currency at a rapid rate of up to 1,400 bills per minute. This high-speed capability ensures quick reconciliation and deposit preparation, drastically reducing labor hours.
- Triple-Layer Counterfeit Shield: Protect your bottom line with a simultaneous three-way verification process:
- UV (Ultraviolet): Scans for authentic security threads and paper glow.
- MG (Magnetic): Verifies the presence of specialized magnetic ink patterns.
- IR (Infrared): Analyzes paper thickness and advanced print quality markers to detect sophisticated fakes.
- Precision Accuracy: Precision-engineered internal sensors virtually eliminate counting errors and discrepancies, providing a verified total you can take to the bank.
- Organized Batching & Adding: Use the Batch Function to quickly create specific bundles (e.g., $100 stacks) for register floats, and the Add Function to keep a running total across multiple counting sessions.
Compact Design for Modern Professional Workspaces
fitting seamlessly into any business environment:
- Space-Saving Footprint: The compact and durable design ensures the RBC-ES200 fits comfortably in limited workspaces, such as under retail counters, on teller desks, or in small back offices.
- Reliable Back-Loading Hopper: Featuring a 200-bill back-loading hopper, the machine supports continuous counting with minimal intervention, allowing for smooth processing of standard cash batches.
- User-Friendly Interface: High-visibility digital displays and intuitive controls allow any staff member to operate the machine with 100% confidence and minimal training.
- Rugged Commercial Build: Engineered with heavy-duty components, the RBC-ES200 is designed to withstand the rigors of daily commercial use in high-traffic environments.

Money Counters

1. Does a regular bill counter tell me the total dollar value?
No. A standard bill counter counts the number of pieces (quantity), not the denomination. For example, if you put in ten $5 bills and ten $20 bills, the machine will tell you there are "20 bills." You must pre-sort your money by denomination to calculate the total value. (If you need the machine to automatically calculate value for mixed stacks, check out our Currency Discriminators.)
2. How does the machine detect fake money?
Standard counters use two primary methods:
UV (Ultraviolet): It checks the paper’s reaction to UV light. Real US currency paper does not glow, but many counterfeit papers do.
MG (Magnetic): It scans for the magnetic ink used in the printing of authentic currency.
3. Can I count items other than currency?s.
Many of our regular bill counters can count other paper items of similar size, such as vouchers, tickets, or coupons, provided they fall within the machine's thickness and size specification
4. What is the "Batch" function used for?
The Batch function is a favorite for retail managers. It allows you to preset a number (like 25, 50, or 100). The machine will count exactly that many bills and then pause, allowing you to remove the stack and put a rubber band or paper strap around it for a bank deposit.
5. Why is my counter "double-feeding" or "jamming"?
This usually happens for one of three reasons:
Thickness Adjustment: There is a small tension screw on the back. If your bills are very new (thin) or very old (thick), you may need to adjust it slightly.
Dirty Sensors: Dust from paper currency can coat the sensors. A quick blast of compressed air usually fixes this.
Poor Loading: Ensure the bills are squared up and placed flat into the hopper for the smoothest feed.
