Royal RBC-ES250 – Professional High-Speed Counter with Triple Detection

The Royal RBC-ES250 is a high-performance machine expertly designed to provide fast, accurate, and secure cash handling for businesses, retailers, and financial institutions. Offering a seamless combination of speed and advanced security, the RBC-ES250 streamlines currency management, dramatically enhancing efficiency and virtually eliminating human errors in high-volume cash operations.

Industrial Speed & Advanced 3-Point Security

The RBC-ES250 is engineered to eliminate bottlenecks in your back-office by merging raw processing power with an advanced electronic defense system:

  • High-Velocity 1,400 BPM Throughput: Process currency at a rapid rate of up to 1,400 bills per minute. This high-speed capacity ensures rapid handling of cash receipts and speeds up end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Triple-Layer Counterfeit Shield: Protect your bottom line with a simultaneous three-way verification process:
    • UV (Ultraviolet): Scans for authentic security threads and paper glow.
    • MG (Magnetic): Verifies the presence of specialized magnetic ink patterns.
    • IR (Infrared): Analyzes paper thickness and advanced print quality markers to detect sophisticated fraudulent notes.
  • Precision Accuracy: Engineered for precision, the counter guarantees reliable, error-free results every time, providing a verified total you can take to the bank.
  • Organized Batching & Adding: Use the Batch Function to quickly create precise bundles (e.g., $100 stacks) for register floats, and the Add Function to keep a running total across multiple counting sessions.

Compact Efficiency for Professional Workspaces

The RBC-ES250 is built for durability and ease of use, fitting seamlessly into any business environment:

  • Space-Saving Design: The compact and durable design allows the RBC-ES250 to fit easily on retail counters or in small offices, providing professional-grade performance without requiring excessive workspace.
  • Reliable Back-Loading Hopper: Featuring a 200-bill back-loading hopper, the machine supports continuous counting sessions with minimal intervention.
  • User-Friendly Interface: High-visibility digital displays and intuitive controls allow any staff member to operate the machine with 100% confidence and minimal training.
  • Industrial Build Quality: Constructed with heavy-duty components, the RBC-ES250 is designed to withstand the rigors of daily commercial use in high-traffic environments.

1. Does a regular bill counter tell me the total dollar value?

No. A standard bill counter counts the number of pieces (quantity), not the denomination. For example, if you put in ten $5 bills and ten $20 bills, the machine will tell you there are "20 bills." You must pre-sort your money by denomination to calculate the total value. (If you need the machine to automatically calculate value for mixed stacks, check out our Currency Discriminators.)

2. How does the machine detect fake money?
Standard counters use two primary methods:

UV (Ultraviolet): It checks the paper’s reaction to UV light. Real US currency paper does not glow, but many counterfeit papers do.
MG (Magnetic): It scans for the magnetic ink used in the printing of authentic currency.

3. Can I count items other than currency?s.

Many of our regular bill counters can count other paper items of similar size, such as vouchers, tickets, or coupons, provided they fall within the machine's thickness and size specification

4. What is the "Batch" function used for?

The Batch function is a favorite for retail managers. It allows you to preset a number (like 25, 50, or 100). The machine will count exactly that many bills and then pause, allowing you to remove the stack and put a rubber band or paper strap around it for a bank deposit.

5. Why is my counter "double-feeding" or "jamming"?

This usually happens for one of three reasons:

Thickness Adjustment: There is a small tension screw on the back. If your bills are very new (thin) or very old (thick), you may need to adjust it slightly.
Dirty Sensors: Dust from paper currency can coat the sensors. A quick blast of compressed air usually fixes this.
Poor Loading: Ensure the bills are squared up and placed flat into the hopper for the smoothest feed.
