Order Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Special Order Items cannot be cancelled once they have been placed with the supplier.

Prices:

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Order Fulfillment:

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days unless the product is on backorder.

Back Orders:

• Backordered items will be automatically shipped when available, typically within 4-6 business days.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.

• Promotions may be modified or terminated at any time.
• Exclusions apply to reconditioned and used units.
• Certain restrictions/destinations may apply.
• Overweight charges may apply in some cases.
• Shipping specials may be offered for a limited time and are subject to withdrawal without advance notice at our discretion.

Shipping Note:

• Shipping to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii will incur additional charges.

Return Policy:

• Please contact us to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number before returning an item.
• Items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
• Items returned within 7-30 days for reasons such as mistaken purchases may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% and shipping charges.
• Items returned poorly packaged, missing parts/accessories, or with damage caused by use or improper shipping may incur up to a 20% restocking fee plus any repair fees.
• All products are insured for shipping.
• No refund will be issued for used or damaged products.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable; the customer is responsible for all associated shipping and handling costs.
