Royal RBC-ED350 – Elite Mixed Value Counter with 4-Phase Detection

The Royal RBC-ED350 is the ultimate professional-grade machine for businesses and banks that require the highest levels of speed, accuracy, and security in cash management. Featuring integrated Value Detection for mixed denominations and an industry-leading 4-Phase Counterfeit Detection system, the RBC-ED350 ensures fast, secure, and error-free currency handling. It is the gold standard for environments where "close enough" isn't an option.

Precision Value Counting & Quadruple Security Shield

The RBC-ED350 represents the pinnacle of cash automation technology, combining high-speed motors with a sophisticated multi-sensor array:

  • Instant Mixed-Batch Valuation: Eliminate manual errors and labor costs. Place a stack of unsorted $1s, $5s, $10s, $20s, $50s, and $100s into the hopper, and the RBC-ED350 provides a verified total monetary value instantly.
  • Industry-Leading 4-Phase Defense: Subject every bill to the most rigorous security check available in a single-pocket counter:
    • UV (Ultraviolet): Identifies authentic paper properties.
    • MG (Magnetic): Scans for specialized magnetic ink patterns.
    • IR (Infrared): Verifies bill thickness and advanced security print.
    • DD (Dimension Detection): Measures note size to catch "bleached" bills or incorrect denominations.
  • Elite 1,500 BPM Engine: Maintain a counting speed of 1,500 bills per minute even while performing full value discrimination and security checks, maximizing your daily throughput.
  • Heavy-Duty Front-Loading Hopper: The 500-bill capacity and front-loading design ensure smooth, non-stop feeding and fewer jams compared to lower-end models.

Engineered for the Demanding Professional

The RBC-ED350 is built to thrive in high-stress, high-volume environments where downtime is not an option:

  • Non-Stop Continuous Operation: The high-capacity hopper and industrial-grade internal rollers are designed for all-day use in bank vaults, large retail back-offices, and busy cash centers.
  • Advanced Batching & Accumulation: Use the Batch Function to prepare precise currency straps or ATM cassettes. The ADD mode tracks cumulative totals across multiple counting sessions for massive deposits.
  • Compact Industrial Footprint: Despite its massive power, the RBC-ED350 maintains a compact design and a solid 12 lb frame, providing the stability needed for high-speed operation without taking up excessive desk space.
  • Intelligent Error Detection: Advanced sensors instantly flag chain, double, and half-notes, ensuring every audit is perfect.

1. Does a regular bill counter tell me the total dollar value?

No. A standard bill counter counts the number of pieces (quantity), not the denomination. For example, if you put in ten $5 bills and ten $20 bills, the machine will tell you there are "20 bills." You must pre-sort your money by denomination to calculate the total value. (If you need the machine to automatically calculate value for mixed stacks, check out our Currency Discriminators.)

2. How does the machine detect fake money?
Standard counters use two primary methods:

UV (Ultraviolet): It checks the paper’s reaction to UV light. Real US currency paper does not glow, but many counterfeit papers do.
MG (Magnetic): It scans for the magnetic ink used in the printing of authentic currency.

3. Can I count items other than currency?s.

Many of our regular bill counters can count other paper items of similar size, such as vouchers, tickets, or coupons, provided they fall within the machine's thickness and size specification

4. What is the "Batch" function used for?

The Batch function is a favorite for retail managers. It allows you to preset a number (like 25, 50, or 100). The machine will count exactly that many bills and then pause, allowing you to remove the stack and put a rubber band or paper strap around it for a bank deposit.

5. Why is my counter "double-feeding" or "jamming"?

This usually happens for one of three reasons:

Thickness Adjustment: There is a small tension screw on the back. If your bills are very new (thin) or very old (thick), you may need to adjust it slightly.
Dirty Sensors: Dust from paper currency can coat the sensors. A quick blast of compressed air usually fixes this.
Poor Loading: Ensure the bills are squared up and placed flat into the hopper for the smoothest feed.
