Billcon N-133A – High-Speed Industrial Counter with UV & MG Detection

The Billcon N-133A is the professional solution for businesses demanding unparalleled speed, accuracy, and security in cash processing. Engineered with a robust, commercial-grade build, the N-133A ensures fast and reliable cash management for high-volume environments. It is the definitive choice for professionals seeking to maximize efficiency while maintaining total financial integrity.

Industry-Leading Speed & Dual-Layer Security

The Billcon N-133A dramatically improves operational efficiency by combining the fastest counting engine in its class with a multi-sensor defense system:

  • Exceptional 1,700 BPM Throughput: Count cash at a staggering speed of up to 1,700 notes per minute. This allows employees to process massive volumes of currency in seconds, drastically reducing shift-end reconciliation times and optimizing labor costs.
  • Integrated UV & MG Fraud Prevention: Security is paramount. The N-133A features a dual-system Ultraviolet (UV) and Magnetic (MG) detection technology. This instantly identifies and alerts operators to counterfeit bills without slowing down the counting process.
  • High-Capacity 300-Note Hopper: Utilize the generous hopper capacity for continuous, high-speed counting. The machine is designed to handle "street quality" bills with ease, minimizing manual loading and feeding errors.
  • Precision Batching (1–999): Easily prepare cash register floats, bank straps, or ATM cassettes using preset and manual batch settings. The clear 3-digit batch display makes setting up custom stacks simple and error-free.

Built for Rigorous Commercial Use

The Billcon N-133A is engineered for longevity and ease of use in the most demanding cash-intensive environments:

  • Banks and Credit Unions: Ideal for quick, secure, and verifiable teller transactions and heavy-duty vault management.
  • Large Retailers & Supermarkets: Perfect for expediting "cash-ups" and preparing large-scale bank deposits.
  • Casinos & Hospitality: Built to withstand the rigorous, continuous use required by resorts, hotels, and transportation services.
  • Compact Industrial Design: Despite its power, the N-133A maintains a compact footprint (11.0 x 10.2 x 8.7 in), allowing it to fit seamlessly into crowded back-office workstations.

1. Does a regular bill counter tell me the total dollar value?

No. A standard bill counter counts the number of pieces (quantity), not the denomination. For example, if you put in ten $5 bills and ten $20 bills, the machine will tell you there are "20 bills." You must pre-sort your money by denomination to calculate the total value. (If you need the machine to automatically calculate value for mixed stacks, check out our Currency Discriminators.)

2. How does the machine detect fake money?

Standard counters use two primary methods:

  • UV (Ultraviolet): It checks the paper’s reaction to UV light. Real US currency paper does not glow, but many counterfeit papers do.
  • MG (Magnetic): It scans for the magnetic ink used in the printing of authentic currency.

3. Can I count items other than currency?

Many of our regular bill counters can count other paper items of similar size, such as vouchers, tickets, or coupons, provided they fall within the machine's thickness and size specifications.

4. What is the "Batch" function used for?

The Batch function is a favorite for retail managers. It allows you to preset a number (like 25, 50, or 100). The machine will count exactly that many bills and then pause, allowing you to remove the stack and put a rubber band or paper strap around it for a bank deposit.

5. Why is my counter "double-feeding" or "jamming"?

This usually happens for one of three reasons:

  • Thickness Adjustment: There is a small tension screw on the back. If your bills are very new (thin) or very old (thick), you may need to adjust it slightly.
  • Dirty Sensors: Dust from paper currency can coat the sensors. A quick blast of compressed air usually fixes this.
  • Poor Loading: Ensure the bills are squared up and placed flat into the hopper for the smoothest feed.
